Janeen Smith is a distinguished trial attorney who specializes in serious and catastrophic medical malpractice and personal injury cases across Georgia. Born and raised in Fort Pierce, Florida, Janeen obtained her college degree from Florida Atlantic University’s Honors College before earning her law degree from Emory University School of Law. At Emory, Janeen was a member of the moot court team and recognized as an Emory University Graduating Woman of Excellence. She also received the Advocacy Award from the American College of Trial Lawyers. Janeen actively contributes to the legal community through her involvement in the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association (GTLA). She is also a proud 2023 alum of GTLA’s prestigious LEAD program. She continues to be annually recognized for her accomplishments as a Rising Star by SuperLawyer Magazine.
When she is not working, Janeen enjoys running and cheering on Atlanta United with her family.
